    As a member of the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Enterprise Engineering Content, Search, and AI Services team, this role is responsible for developing, delivering, and supporting major corporate services and platforms like ~~~, ~~~, and ~~~.

    As a Content Solutions Architect, you will own the design of scalable and efficient content architecture for various Oracle Corporate sites with content viewed more than 4 billion times per month. This role will work on information models, workflow automation, metadata architecture, content validation rules, headless content applications, and integrations with various other corporate systems.

    • Lead technical projects with a range of engineering teams to architect, build and design next-generation websites and content applications leveraging multiple Content Management Systems like SharePoint, WebCenter Sites and WebCenter Content.

    • Provide rapid prototyping for various concept projects before they can be prioritized, including developing integrations with multiple Oracle and third-party Systems. Lead various Security and Architecture reviews for complex solutions and integrations for the team.

    • Provide comprehensive content management strategies for intranet, extranet, and public-facing websites on the SharePoint & WebCenter Platform.

    • Set up a website creation experience for the stakeholders from scratch, including a single branding experience, customized web parts/extensions, templates, layouts, etc., using SharePoint. Provide expert input from a SharePoint developer perspective on all aspects of modern Website development.

    • Develop procedures to maintain and administer SharePoint environments, including daily monitoring, troubleshooting and performance analysis.

    • Inspire business and technical teams, fostering a belief and confidence in the delivery of software applications.

    • Influence and establish best practices through solid design decisions, processes, and tools. Set goals and strategies and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple technologies.

    • Utilize in-depth knowledge of software engineering, cloud technologies, and data engineering to define target architectures, patterns, and processes.

    • Provide leadership and hands-on technical direction to deliver world-class customer experiences.

    • Technical leadership skills in driving architecture, helping with technical trade-offs, and driving best practices.

    • Understand, review, and debug code, including necessary performance enhancements and underlying architecture.

    • Experience in handling large distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and complex algorithmic programs.

    • Leading contributors individually and as team members, providing direction and mentoring to others.

    Qualifications

    • Hands-on Developer / Architect for Large Corporate Websites or Enterprise Web Applications hosted on SharePoint and at least one other industry-leading CMS.

    • BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent with 8-12 years of experience in leading, developing, and architecting digital experience applications, including websites, content management capabilities, and web and mobile applications.

    • 3 + years of experience working on SharePoint Online (M365). Deep expertise with SharePoint setup, configuration, and administration, SharePoint Provided-Hosted and Hosted Applications.

    • Experience with SharePoint development technologies, mainly in terms of Web Parts, Template, SharePoint Designer, etc. Understanding of various MS purview/compliance options and configuration

    • 5+ years' experience working with NodeJS, JavaScript, or TypeScript with a major framework like React, HTML/CSS, Modular/Pluggable architecture, and REST API architecture. Experience with UI frameworks like MS Fluent/Fabric and Oracle JET.

    • Familiarity with front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel) and package managers, such as Grunt, Bower, NPM and ~~~

    • Experienced in modern dev tools, process, and methodologies like TDD, Unit Testing & Functional testing using Mocha, Chai, Jest, or other frameworks.

    • Proficient understanding of Continuous Integration and deployment and toolchains like GIT, Nodejs/Yarn, Jenkins, Maven, etc.

    • Good understanding of how to set up different integrations with SharePoint and various SharePoint integration services and other content management platforms..

    • Experience with writing accessible & cross-browser compatible frontend UI with standards-compliant HTML and CSS

    • Experience with multiple Content Management Systems like Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle Content Management, Oracle WebCenter Sites, WordPress, Joomla, etc., is a plus.

    • Applied hands on experience with: Container-based platforms, including Kubernetes, Docker, Container Instances, HELM charts, and related technologies.

    • Fundamental understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.

    • Strong programming/script skills in Python, Java, and TypeScript are a must.

    • Practical knowledge of Agile project management and software development methodologies such as Scrum and SAFe.

    • Experience leading Cloud transformation leveraging IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS is a plus.

    • Broad knowledge of Information Technology Systems, with a strong understanding of the relationship between business processes, applications, databases, operating systems, processing platforms, storage platforms, security systems, and networks.

    • Understanding of API, SOA, and/or microservice concepts, design patterns, and best practices.

    • Experience using CSS grids and building responsive websites with scalability in mind. Write reusable UI components based on design patterns and workflows. A passion for component composition and isolation techniques.

    • Ability to take feature/design through the software lifecycle to release robust, high-quality production code.

    • Strong communication skills, including the ability to express complex technical concepts to different audiences in writing and conference calls.

    • Experiencing working with globally distributed teams.

    US: Hiring Range: from $94,200 to $223,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
