Control System Engineer

General Summary

Analyzes existing systems, defines designs, and develops new system requirements for Control Systems.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

• Determines system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility of Control Systems.

• Coordinates design of subsystems and integration of Control Systems.

• Identifies, analyzes, and resolves program support deficiencies related to Control Systems.

• Assists with root cause investigations of Control Systems and provides recommendations for preventative measures.

• Conducts research and assists with technical documentation of Control Systems.

• May support the Control Systems infrastructure and ensures all quality and change control standards are met.

Required SkillsRequired Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering field.

• Minimum of 2 years related experience

• Ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance; US citizenship required

• Knowledge industrial documents (i.e. BOM, drawings, datasheets, specs)

• Demonstrated control systems experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Security+CE certification
