    PLC Programming

    • Develop and program PLC systems based on customer requirements.

    • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to design, test, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery and systems1.

    • Implement software changes and upgrades to optimize performance, efficiency, and reliability.

    Allen Bradley PLC or Siemens PLC

    • In-depth knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC systems, including Logix 500, 5000, servos, AC drives, encoders, and Panelview programming.

    • Familiarity with Siemens PLC systems and their programming requirements.

    Electrical Design

    • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts.

    • Specify components, sensors, and actuators for control systems.

    • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

    System Integration

    • Integrate control systems with other plant systems (SCADA, HMI, MES, etc.).

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to communication protocols and network connectivity.

    Documentation

    • Prepare functional design specifications (FDS), factory acceptance test (FAT) documents, and system acceptance test (SAT) documents.

    • Maintain accurate records of system changes and modifications.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.

    • 5 years of experience in controls engineering, preferably in material handling & automation.

    • Proficiency in PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Structured Text, Function Block Diagrams, etc.).

    • Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC systems (Logix 5000) and Siemens PLC systems.

    • Familiarity with SCADA systems, HMI configuration, and communication protocols.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
