  • Description

    • Plant controls position using Allen Bradley.

    • No Travel, all work is local in Clinton Twp Plant

    • 2nd shift supporting 21 assembly lines, 300+ FANUC Robot, and 6 presses.

    • 90% on the floor supporting JIT facility and keeping lines running.

    • Supporting GM Silverado EV launch.

    Day to day: 2nd shift on site no travel controls. You will be supporting a JIT facility so working under pressure is expected. This person will be in a hands on role covering a 350,000 sqft facility on the Assembly side and presses. Objective is to keep the lines running and when there are no line issues they will have to be proactive correcting some logic on machines where the logic is bad.

    MUST HAVES

    • 3 to 5 years of experience within controls engineering

    • Allen Bradley experience

    • 3 to 5 years of experience troubleshooting and debugging

    NICE TO HAVES

    • Keyence vision systems

    • Fanuc robots

    • From scratch programming

    SHIFT: M-F 2pm-12am Weekends are also a requirement. They have 3 controls engineers 2 first vacant second shift. for Weekends they may alternate between all 3 individuals unless requested. OVERTIME is available.
