    As a Controls Engineering intern, you will assist Electrical Controls Engineers in the design, validation, and maintenance of both hardware and software components for mobile construction vehicle control systems.

    YOUR IMPACT

    • Assist Electrical Controls Engineers in the design and integration of mobile construction vehicle control/embedded systems using model-based development.

    • Assist Electrical Controls Engineers in documenting systems designs.

    • Assist Engineers in evaluation of software and electrical components for quality, reliability, manufacturability, and compatibility of control system designs.

    • Utilize MathWorks Matlab/Simulink and various controls development software.

    • Interface / utilize / design complex test fixtures simulating vehicle control systems for design and testing of controls hardware and software.

    • Assist in development of control systems test protocols and processes. Operate mobile construction vehicles to understand, design, and test control systems.

    • Consult with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to find solutions to problems.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Perusing a Bachelor's in Electrical, Controls Engineering or a related field

    • 3.0 GPA or higher
