    Position Summary:

    The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager directly supports the maintenance and reliability strategies and initiatives for all of the company's manufacturing facilities. This position implements programs to advance equipment reliability as well as the maintenance teams' capabilities. The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager identifies gaps in training, processes, tools, and spare parts to develop and implement solutions. The position leads root cause analysis work and partners with the local Operations teams to implement effective preventative measures as well as provide guidance for capital planning.

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Partner and provide support to Maintenance Managers with day-to-day operations

    • Support Maintenance Teams on the development of a priority ranking of equipment

    • Benchmark equipment performance to identify opportunities

    • Provide leadership and training on structured problem-solving techniques i.e., Breakdown Analysis (BDA) and other root cause analysis tools, etc.

    • Create skill development programs for Maintenance Technicians to increase fundamental knowledge

    • Develop and standardize Maintenance KPI's and scorecard for the company

    • Serve as a liaison to influence, develop and facilitate the sharing of "Best in Class" standard maintenance practices across all maintenance teams

    • Conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices across facilities and provide feedback to correct and/or improve the local team practices and performance

    • Provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair (MTTR) and increase Mean Time between Failure (MTBF)

    • Provide direction for quick changeover and Centerlining improvements

    • Provide change management leadership to ensure achievement and sustainability of targeted performance levels

    • Support digital transformation in Maintenance and be a catalyst of change to encourage new processes and behaviors

    • Support utilization and improvement of SAP/CONA-PM systems within the Coca-Cola Bottling network

    • Other projects or duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree, 5 years of experience in a maintenance organization/managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and 4 plus years of people leadership experience or HS Diploma/GED/Technical School Certification and 7 years of experience in a maintenance organization/managing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and 3 plus years of people leadership experience

    • Experience utilizing automatic line monitoring and other reliability improvement processes

    • Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)

    • Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to communicate with all levels of an organization

    • Strong relationship building skills

    • Strong problem solving skills

    • Strong program management experience

    • Strong change management experience

    • Proficient Microsoft Office skills i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

    • Strong reporting and analytics skills

    • Travel up to 50%

    • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Master's degree in Engineering or Technical Engineering

    • Food and/or beverage experience in processing and packaging

    • Experience in managing vibration analysis and/or IR monitoring programs

    • Experience with Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) budgets

    • Experience managing an effective spare parts and kitting program

    • Experience with maintenance resource and emergency response planning in a large manufacturing organization

    • Experience in the creation of workflow processes

    • Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt) and/or TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
