  • Description

    • English $18. Bilingual in Spanish $19.50.

      • Will fully train on-site for the first 4 weeks (8:30am to 5pm shift) PLUS an additional 4 weeks of taking live calls on site (10am to 6:30pm OR 10:30am to 7:00pm. Will be assigned based on business needs.) prior to getting the option to go hybrid. Minimum of 8 weeks on site prior to the hybrid option

    ? Hybrid shift: 10am to 6:30pm OR 10:30am to 7:00pm. Will be assigned based on business needs.

    Responsibilities

    • Will be handling about 40-50 inbound calls per day.

    • The calls will be pertaining to a new homeowners claim or an existing claim.

    • Will be required to answer basic questions such as: "what is the status of my claim" all the way up to claim intake which sometimes can take up to an hour.

    MUST HAVE

    • At least 1 year of RECENT call center or similar experience

    • Thick skin. Ability to handle difficult conversations. A lot of their callers are not very nice

    • Efficient in using a windows PC computer and navigating their software system (super easy to learn)

    • typing: at least 35 WPM

    • Good verbal and written communication skills (will be on the phone all day and be required to follow up via email in some instances)

    • internet connection - will be required to train remote and work remote.

    • Reliable transportation

    DQ'S:

    • No relevant recent experience of call center or Admin

    • No active internet connection (Unless they are willing to be completing in office)

    • Unable to work in the office

    • Poor communication skills (includes tone of voice)

    • Needing time off in first 8 weeks
