    Professional Services Portfolio and Program Manager

    Job Summary

    Enterprise DB is seeking a highly motivated and experienced CX Portfolio and Program Manager to join our team. The CX Portfolio and Program Manager will be responsible for customer success data strategy and integrity, reporting and monitoring business performance and optimizing operations and processes within the Customer Success team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage and improve the operational processes associated with planning, pricing, developing, enabling and rolling out lifecycle services for EDB's customers

    • Collaborate with various stakeholders to define and develop a CX Solution Portfolio that drives customer success and ROI

    • Measure, analyze and refine services based on customer, partner and internal feedback, financial results and other relevant metrics

    • Lead and contribute to other CX initiatives to support customer value realization, retention and growth and improve the efficiency, effectiveness and satisfaction of the CX team

    • Develop communication materials and host internal events/meetings related to CX initiatives and regular meetings, such as CX All Hands Calls

    Requirements:

    • Strong project and program management skills, including proven success with project management methodologies and tools

    • 2 years in a Professional Services Program Management or Practice Role

    • Advanced skills in Google Slides/Microsoft PowerPoint.

    • Intermediate skills in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.

    • Strong cross-functional project management skills

    • Competency with Salesforce reporting

    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Business Information Systems or Related field
