My client, a .Los Angeles real estate based firm is looking for a Data Analyst to join their IT team. This Data Analyst position is remote. The Data Analyst should have experience in SQL and has experience in Entrata.

Responsibilities include

• Applying your 3-5 years of data analyst experience to analyze and interpret complex data

• Using your strong SQL skills to manage and manipulate data efficiently

• Utilizing your knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS), particularly ENTRADA if available

• Working in the Snowflake environment to manage and analyze data

• Communicating effectively within the team and directly with the COO and the President

• Leveraging your knowledge of the telecom provider industry to make informed decisions and analyses.

Requirements

• Strong data analysis skills

• Knowledge of Property Management Software

• Experience in Real Estate Property Management

• Familiarity with Snowflake data warehousing platform

• Ability to write SQL Code
