Robert Half is looking for a DATA ENGINEER / DATA ANALYST professional for a client company on a permanent direct hire full time position. The position is HYBRID IN OVERLAND PARK, KS. You will play a key role in working directly with the IT Management and Operations Management in the trouble shooting and maintenance of a new cloud based data warehouse and solutions.

In this DATA ENGINEER / DATA ANALYST position you will work for a thriving organization who is taking the software organization to the next level, which will ultimately transform it into a SaaS organization. Requirements

4+ years of data base development, relational databases

• 4+ years of ETL, SSIS, SSAS and or combination

• Any experience with data visualization reporting in Power BI/DAX or Tableau

• Any experience with salesforce, python and data factories a plus

• Excellent communication to work across the enterprise and with all levels

Requirements - Proficiency in SQL - Structured Query Language is mandatory

• Expertise in SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services is required

• Strong understanding and knowledge of database systems

• Experience in data analytics is necessary

• Ability to design, develop, and maintain databases

• Knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques would be advantageous

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Familiarity with cloud services and platforms is a plus
