Designer Drafter

We are currently seeking an experienced Designer for an opportunity in Tulsa, OK for a heat exchange fabricator. If you have relevant industry experience, please apply directly or email your resume to ~~~.

Qualifications

• Experience designing in the heat exchanger industry is preferred

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Solid Works preferred

• Knowledge of AICS, ASTM material standards

• Knowledge of API-661, OSHA, and PIP

• Knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel Code (Section VIII, Div. 1)

Job Description

• Schedule is Monday through Thursday with half days on Fridays

• Create and/or check models, drawings, and bills of material for product components and assemblies

• Interpret design/customer drawings

• Provides status, updates, and any conflicts discovered during detailing

• Work to ensure provided deadlines are met

• Prepare and/or check complete project drawings and/or documents

• Keep informed of new developments and requirements affecting the organization for recommending changes in standards, programs, or applications
