Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Desktop Support for our Golden Valley, MN location.
Deliver responsive and effective service to our customers
Be an advocate for our users with different teams across Honeywell
Perform troubleshooting and escalate issues to correct team
Ensure closure of issues to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Provide contemporary services and make it easy for users to engage with IT
Create and maintain development of self-help documents and end user training
Assist with IT asset set-up and decommissioning: Installs, moves, adds, changes
Maintain equipment stock
Support a growing user base across multiple sites around the country
Travel as needed
U.S. Citizenship and able to obtain and maintain government security clearance
High school diploma/GED
Minimum 12+ months experience providing desktop support
Associate/Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field including Computer Science or Computer Information Systems
CompTIA A+ certification highly preferred
Experience using SharePoint and configuring Microsoft Office Suites
Client service experience
Understand networking concepts; servers; LANs/WAN
Excellent customer focus
Conveys information with clarity, ensuring messages are understood across diverse, global teams
Ability to use desktop computer hardware and software knowledge to assess, diagnose, and correct problems
Effectively demonstrate ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision
