    Job Description

    LRS Consulting Services is seeking a Development Testing Coordinator for an exciting contract opportunity with a client of ours in Bloomington, IL (Remote, Illinois Residents Only)

    Position Overview

    Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Manual Software Tester in a fully remote capacity. As part of the IT Department, you'll collaborate closely with the Development and Data & Research DTP Support teams to ensure the quality and stability of our software releases.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and facilitate development testing activities, ensuring completeness and readiness for external partner testing (85% of time).

    • Collaborate with Development Team Lead to minimize defects in the QA environment (10% of time).

    • Perform additional job-related tasks as assigned (5% of time).

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in testing methodologies and tools.

    • Familiarity with software development lifecycle.

    • Experience in developing test cases or user stories.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent, with at least two years of college education or completion of a two-year technical college program.

    • 3+ years of relevant experience.

    • Third-party candidates will not be considered.

    • Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
