We're seeking a talented Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital role in planning and executing high-impact email marketing programs.

Here's what you'll do:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategic email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

• Assist in planning email workflows, ensuring seamless customer journeys.

• Conduct email audits and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)

• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Work collaboratively with the team to brainstorm and develop engaging email concepts.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who:

• Possesses a minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing.

• Has demonstrable expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic, including list management, segmentation, and automation.

• Holds a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and industry trends.

• Boasts exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy.

• Is a data-driven individual who thrives on analyzing results and making data-informed decisions.

• Enjoys working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

This is NOT an email developer or digital marketing position. We're specifically seeking qualified email marketing professionals with a passion for the channel.
