EMR Implementation Manager

Description We are searching for an EMR Implementation Manager to join our team in the healthcare industry, specifically within hospitals and social assistance sector. The role is located in Roxbury, Massachusetts and requires working on-site. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, focusing on the implementation of an EMR system, primarily NetSmart's MyEvolve, for a 40-bed inpatient unit.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of the EMR system, NetSmart's MyEvolve, for about 75 end users in a 40-bed inpatient unit

• Collaborate with different business units for efficient implementation and support of the EMR system

• Build and test documentation for the system to ensure all users are adequately trained

• Conduct regular meetings for gathering user stories, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth communication between IT, end users, and vendors

• Maintain a continuous dialogue with IT, end users, and vendors to ensure smooth operation

• Assist with post-Go-Live support to ensure system stability and efficiency

• Oversee the building of reports, ports, and the system itself for the training of all users

• Implement and manage the help desk system for efficient resolution of issues

• Participate in EMR/EHR troubleshooting and post-live optimization. Requirements

Netsmart Implementation, Netsmart Support, EMR Implementation or Support

• If we cannot find Netsmart, they can live with someone with another EMR/EHR

• HOWEVER - it must be someone who has used another EMR/EHR for a smaller operation such as behavioral health, rehab, outpatient facility

• For example Epic and EClinical are for bigger organizations. IF we cannot find Netsmart, we need to match up the environment experience
