Engineering Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Testing all aspects of electrical systems including battery monitoring, AC/DC power inverter, DC/DC power converters, precision sensors, analog and digital circuits

• Experience with test and measurement equipment such as : oscilloscopes, data acquisition, environmental chambers, electronic loads and power supplies

• Soldering and circuit level reworking/prototyping

• Reading and understanding electrical schematics

• Willingness to work with voltages upwards of 600V

• Taking measurements of voltage and resistances and Watt measurement

• Validations of circuit assembly

• Being able to read CAD drawings and make corrections as needed

• Working with new CAD designs

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Associates or Military Training (preferred)

• +5 years of electronics engineering experience

• Ability to read and understand CAD models and wiring schematics
