Job Summary

Provides subject matter expertise in federal, state and local regulations and industry best practice for all areas of assigned responsibilities including but not limited to OSHA; Life Safety Code; Department of Transportation; CMS Requirements of Participation and Conditions of Participation; environmental services (maintenance, housekeeping and laundry); and building security and safety services. Ensures a healthy and safe work environment by developing and maintaining the appropriate programs, policies and procedures in compliance with all applicable regulations. Provides technical support for facility systems and program support for all assigned areas of responsibility. Maintains, supports and conducts education and training programs in assigned areas of responsibilities for field locations. Provides consultation to all field service lines to identify safety risks and make recommendations to address issues. Participates in accident and security investigations as necessary.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required. In lieu of degree, leadership may accept six years' experience in relevant work assignments.
