    This exciting new role sits on our E2E Advanced Therapies Cell Therapy MAKE Manufacturing Team and works with the Site Lead of Supply Chain Systems. A fantastic role for high potential talent seeking accelerated development!

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the SAP S/4HANA, Atlas, and TranSCend Business Subject Matter Expert for Raritan Advanced Therapies to support various projects and initiatives requiring SAP data.

    • Lead the business responsibility and accountability for ERP system improvements, change management, and drive site technology strategy, roadmap development and execution.

    • Build the MAKE business vision for our ERP platform and sit on the TranSCend IM Transformation Program team, representing Raritan Cell Therapy manufacturing .

    • Develop and implement robust site Governance around E2E ERP Master Data, including defining and authoring local standardizations, SOPs, and work instructions.

    • Define the Base Design for ERP Process Flows including Manufacturing, MRP Runs, Warehousing and Distribution.

    • Work with the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure robust and seamless systems interfacing between ERP S4H and MES (PAS-X).

    • Collaborate with J&J and Legend Biotech IT business partners to ensure a lean, agile, and right-first-time implementation of ERP / TranSCend within Cell Therapy manufacturing.

    • Participate in System Capability Sprints/Release Planning, and Demos with stakeholders.

    • Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Execution for ERP System Validation.

    • Act as the Site ERP SME to support Quality Investigations and QMS records.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and or equivalent degree required; preferred area(s) of study in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Data Science, or Computer Science, Engineering,

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing System Processes (GxP) Systems environment and related Master Data Management.

    • Demonstrated expertise with ERP Change Management and/or Large Deployment projects.

    • Ability to Work Cross-Functionally, Influence Decision Making, and Present to Leadership.

    • Excellent Written, Oral, and Listening Communication Skills.

    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.).

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Supply Chain Systems (SAP, MES (PAS-X), eLIMs, OMP, OSI-PI Historian).

    • Certification(s) in Project Management (FPX, CAPM, or PMP) and/or Process Improvement (Lean Six Sigma).

    • Experience developing KPIs and Analytical Dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Navigate).

    • High Affinity for Advanced Technologies and Complex Processes.

    Other:

    • Requires up to 5% Travel (Domestic and International).

    • Adhere to J&J Flex Work Policy - On-site a minimum of 3 days each week, with the option for 2 remote workdays each week.

    • The anticipated base pay range for this position is $76,000 to $121,900.

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
