Description

Robert Half is working with a client in Downtown Dallas that is hiring a Level II Desktop Support candidate. This position requires candidates to have a current A+ certification. This is an onsite role and does require travel to various sites as needed, but only within the DFW.

POSITION: LEVEL II DESKTOP SUPPORT

LOCATION: DOWNTOWN DALLAS ONSITE

DURATION: 12 MONTH CONTRACT

RATE: $25 - $28

Job Details

• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting (desktops/laptops/printers)

• Need to know their way around the inside of a computer. (ex. "this is the motherboard")

• Machine Imaging experience

• AV support (set-up, troubleshoot - no specific equipment experience required)

• Add/Create AD account: step-by-step process of how.

Requirements
