  • Job Title: Full Stack JAVA Developer with MuleSoft

    Location: Cleveland OH (Local candidates only)

    Work Schedule: Hybrid (Office: Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday)

    Contract Details: Permanent Placement

    Pay Rate : $90-$100k & Bonus Eligible

    Candidates: US Citizens & Green Card Holders (C2C & Visa Sponsorship is not offered)

    • Work collaboratively within a production support and/or project team environment, under moderate supervision, to deliver both custom-developed and package-based software solutions.

    • Translate business and system requirements into comprehensive technical requirements and design documents for proposed solutions.

    • Utilize standard processes for coding, testing, and analyzing software programs and applications.

    • Contribute to estimation processes and perform coding and unit testing for custom-developed applications.

    • Execute quality assurance functions, including unit testing, system testing, and integration testing.

    • Provide production support for existing applications when required.

    • Ensure compliance with security standards and completion of business continuity activities.

    • Participate in requirements gathering efforts and coordinate test plans.

    • Assist in coordinating and directing remote resources when needed.

    • Adhere to software development lifecycle and service management processes.

    • Stay current with relevant technology, tools, processes, and industry best practices.

    • Coordinate and manage projects or initiatives of low to moderate complexity.

    • Occasional travel for special assignments, training, and between office locations.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of experience in application development and/or production support.

    • Proficiency with Java and MuleSoft; Agile experience preferred.

    • 2+ years of successful work on low to moderate complexity assignments/projects.

    • Familiarity with enterprise development concepts related to code management, quality standards, and security requirements.

    • Demonstrated ability to learn actively through experimentation and apply lessons from past experiences.

    • Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

    • Analytical problem-solving skills for addressing low to moderate complexity issues.

    • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    • Valid driver's license and a driving record in conformity with company standards.

    Physical essential functions:

    • Ability to work 40 hours in an office environment (sitting, standing, on a computer, etc.), operate office-related technology (computer, phone, etc.), and travel as required.
