Fullstack Golang + React Developer

Job Description

An Insight Global Fortune 20 client is looking for a Software Developer to join their payments team, specifically the tokenization team for a PCI remodel initiative. This candidate would be joining 5-7 other developers as they are responsible for internal and external web applications. This is include new development as well as feature upgrades while still including maintenance of the legacy applications. The first 2-3 months will be used for bringing the candidate up to speed with the technologies and environment being used. Any background in retail or payments is beneficial.

Skills and Requirements

* 4-5+ years of experience with software development

o Golang for backend

o React for front end

* Cloud experience

o GCP desired but okay with others * Experience with CICD tools such as Jenkins, Kibana, etc.

o Cockroach DB is a plus

* Strong experience with functional programming

* Broad knowledge of designing system enterprises

o Seen system from start to finish

o ie: wholistic view of integration of front-end and back-end.

* Background in Java

* Paired programming experience null
