Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking multiple Group Coordinators - Flight Line to support our team in North Charleston, South Carolina on variable shift!
Position Responsibilities:
Creates culture that enhances productivity, safety and a teaming environment
Works cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement
Ensure LOTO book, kit and LOTO equipment are used correctly and inventoried
Coordinates with Lead/Manager on execution and critical path of production build
Additional responsibilities Included but not limited to:
Supervising Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO)
Review current LOTOs
Coordinating hazardous energy work
Hand off or end-of-shift activities
Abnormal circumstance responses
Listed below are additional responsibilities
Verifies Aircraft power can be safely provided to the airplane.
Inventory LOTO Kits Pre and Post shift
Sign into all LOTOs
Remove any LOTOs from the book as required
The GC meets with the work team to evaluate where hazardous energy is to be introduced
Coordinating with Functional Test SMEs and ME's
If work continues - coordinate hand-off with the next GC
If work shuts down - coordinate preparation for power shut down
Review status of personnel and airplane system configuration
Transfer LOTOs to the incoming GC's
Sign out of all open Control Log Sheets (X35681)
Verifies all mechanics are signed out of active LOTOs
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Field Operations/Aircraft Systems/LOTO
Minimum of 3 years' experience within aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing
Minimum of 3 years' experience in advising and influencing others to meet quality and safetyrequirements or resolve technical or operational problems
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Systematic Problem Solving and Standardized Work
Must be able to work any shift assigned
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Minimum of 3 years' experience with Boeing Production System (BPS) concepts
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a team environment
Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma/GED) and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. vocational school/Associate+2 years' related work, Bachelor, etc.).
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
Safety Sensitive:
This is a safety-sensitive position and is subject to Department of Transportation (DOT) random drug and alcohol testing.

Summary pay range: $59,220 - $60,480
