    Robert Bosch Automotive Steering LLC seeks Hardware Lead Engineer (Multiple Positions) at its facility located at 15000 N Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, MI 48170. Support CCE/Acquisition Manager during acquisitions for system architecture, timing, and Budget (Lead Engineer covers HW-PL role). Alignment and support of CCE in the definition of technical customer strategy. Develop and implement of defined technical customer strategy in customer main path based on OEM requirements and Bosch AS platform (e.g., based on CCB decisions). Support CCE/PGD for risk management on customer account level. Alignment on the technical customer strategy, its implementation and work package definition with the Project Leader of SE-Teams (SYS-PL, ME-PL, SW-PL, EE-HW-PL) and the regional responsible within the customer cluster. Review of Platform Roadmap and request to consider(future) OEM requirements in Platform Roadmap definition. Evaluation of Platform releases (e.g., completeness of artefacts, quality status). Consultation of OEM on technical discussions on multi project level in the account. Management of technical issues in customer account in case the problem cannot be solved in the single project or has multi project relevance in the account. Management of development resources within the customer account. Influence the planning of modules, technologies, and components => Roadmap to accommodate customer needs. Support the creation of requirements & designing of HW modules. Perform as a customer interface for HW technical clarifications. REQS: This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and 5 years of experience as a Hardware Engineer, Hardware Project Leader, or other occupation involving product development in the automotive or aerospace industry. Additionally, the applicant must have professional experience with: (1) Developing electrical circuits; (2) Managing Electrical requirements;(3) Interact/Coordinate with customers to discuss requirements, timing plans, new requests validation plans; (4) Determine root cause analysis of electrical issues; (5) Vector CAN Tools; and (6) Interpret electrical/electronic diagrams.
