    We have an open position for a Help Desk Analyst located in Beloit, WI. The primary responsibility of this role is to assist end-users with technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and Windows 10. The Help Desk Analyst will also troubleshoot issues related to printers, network, mobile devices, password resets, and any other IT-related issues. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for updating technical documentation.

    This role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with end-users in a professional and friendly manner. Applicants must have excellent communication skills as they will interact with end users on a regular basis.
