Help Desk Analyst I

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I at our Cold Spring, Minnesota location in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our team, troubleshooting a variety of issues, and maintaining our IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues

• Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support

• Walk customers through problem-solving processes

• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

• Follow up with customers, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution

• Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers' expectations

• Preserve and grow knowledge of help desk procedures, products, and services

• Utilize expertise in Citrix Technologies, EO/IR systems, Microsoft, Active Directory, and Configuration Management

• Provide deskside support and handle PC desktop and workstation issues

• Oversee the installation and configuration of computer hardware and software Requirements - Minimum of one year experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Microsoft Office Suite

• Hands-on experience with EO/IR systems

• Familiarity with Active Directory

• Expertise in computer hardware, especially PC desktops and workstations

• Proven experience in configuration management

• Demonstrated ability in providing deskside support

• Knowledge of desktop hardware

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work in team settings as well as independently
