Help Desk Analyst

Your responsibilities in this role

• Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues

• Reply and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups

• Deliver IT support for operating systems, productivity software, and a variety of other applications used internally

• Spot recurring technical issues and deploy solutions to address the root of the problems Requirements - Understanding of basic networking concepts

• Demonstrated excellence in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications

• IT support ticketing system experience desired

• Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

• Solid understanding of Microsoft Office 365

• Command of Email security

• Desktop Imaging experience

• Computer Imaging experience

• Proven knowledge of Mobile Device Support

• Email servers experience

• Well-founded grasp of Mobile Device Management

• General familiarity with Mobile Device
