Helpdesk Analyst 1

Description

This position is responsible for performing the day to day helpdesk functions associated with customers in a 24X7 shop. Services include: Customer service via the phone, call logging, over the phone problem resolution/troubleshooting, desktop remote control, customer account access for apps, basic software usage support, remote network device troubleshooting and strict adherence to documented policies and procedures. Experience with acd's, call tracking systems, networking concepts, windows, outlook and office is required. ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience however it isn't required. Technical experience should include Win 7 and 10, Office 2016, Outlook 2016, O365 a plus would be Citrix, SCCM, and router support. They use Cherwell for call tracking and Call Center Anywhere (CCA) for their ACD.

The ideal person for this position is one that has a solid technical background providing IT support in a large call center environment.
