HRIS Analyst (contract)

Description

Private equity client in Fort Worth needs an HRIS analyst on a contract basis due to expansion of team. This is a 3-6 month contract position. Hybrid work schedule: Tues, Wed, Thurs in the office; WFH on Monday and Friday.

Ideally looking for an HRIS Analyst with a passion for analysis, strong with data and MS Excel, can take on ad hoc projects, onboarding contractors and FTEs, working with multiple locations across the company .

HR Business Partner- Streamlining processes and workflows. Identify areas for improvement with employee retention, recruitment, performance, and training.

Working with Global HR Manager to enhance workforce productivity.

Workday systems experience is a plus
