The HRIS team is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Compensation HRIS Analyst responsible for supporting our SAP SuccessFactors system. The role will be responsible for ensuring the compensation and variable pay modules are executed in line with system leading practices, business needs, and employee experience.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions)
Support SuccessFactors modules with a focus on Compensation and Variable Pay
As part of the HRIS team, this role will analyze processes, monitor solutions and assist in measuring and adopting solutions
Perform system configuration and analysis
Support Compensation processes
Collaborates with HR subject matter experts to prioritize, plan, develop and test new solutions and enhancements to the SuccessFactors system
Project management support for implementation, configuration, and upgrade projects, including SuccessFactors releases as part of the HRIS team
Design and maintain system processes, procedures and support documentation
Influence SuccessFactors roadmap through online community involvement and thorough business analysis
Review SuccessFactors releases and other system changes; study and prepare for impact to system and company
Provide applicable system training, testing, and support
Preferred Experience (i.e. industry experience)
At least 3 years of HRIS experience preferably in SuccessFactors
Technical skills and experience with HRIS systems including configuration, reporting and troubleshooting
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple competing priorities
Strong verbal and written communications and the ability to adapt the communication to the audience and positively influence others
Results oriented and continuous improvement mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth and innovative company
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Teams
