    Insight Global is seeking an HRIS Implementation Specialist to join one of our healthcare clients in Berkeley, CA. The HRIS Implementation Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the successful transition from our existing HRIS system to Paycom. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical skills, change management expertise, and a deep understanding of HR processes. The individual will work closely with the HR and Payroll teams and will be responsible for the system transition, data migration, and process optimization.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in HRIS system integration/implementation

    • Experience using Paycom

    • Experience using ADP - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related Field

    • Certification in HRIS systems (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent) preferred

    • Experience with other HRIS systems null
