    The HRIS Manager - Security & Core HCM is responsible for the design, configuration, detailed analysis, support, and maintenance of Workday (Core HCM, Organization Structures and Security Strategy) at Catalent. Act as business partner with HR Site Operations and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) by leveraging knowledge of system functionality and other functional/technical skills to provide user, production operations, and on-going maintenance and enhancement support. The HRIS Manager - Security & Core HCM is responsible for the overall design options around Workday HCM and Organization structures as well as Security strategy, ensuring design is Catalent-aligned and Audit-compliant. Ensure maximum, efficient utilization of Catalent and vendor resources.

    The Role:

    • Oversee and evaluate requirement gathering and resulting configuration of Workday Security, to ensure it aligns with Catalent's overall Security and Audit Strategy

    • Maintains Security-related Tenant setting, user accesses and applicable security parameters for the platform (Performs platform lock-outs as needed)

    • Oversee and lead all internal and external audit activities and requests (prepare and review security-related documentation as dictated by the Catalent standard Audit protocols)

    • Design, implement and execute reoccurring audits for internal team members

    • Oversee all compliance aspects of the system including but not limited to data privacy and record retention procedures.

    • Create, maintain, and support a variety of HR custom reports, dashboards utilizing advanced Workday reporting tools

    • Review configuration design decisions to ensure they are aligned with overall Catalent standards, values, vision, and Audit requirements; Review and maintain Core HCM Business Processes in Workday for related configuration

    • In collaboration with HR Operations, review technical impacts and oversee the technical troubleshooting/problem solving activities and semi-annual Workday upgrades for Workday in functional areas of HCM (core HR) and security

    • Other duties as assigned

    The Candidate:

    • High School diploma, required - Bachelor's degree, preferred

    • Workday Security PRO Certification is strongly desired

    • Experience with other modules such as Payroll, Benefits and Integrations is preferred

    • Minimum of 4+ years of focused Workday Security Configuration experience with multiple Workday disciplines (HCM & Recruiting)

    • Minimum of 2 years technical backend Workday business process, calculations, and reporting

    • Minimum of 2 years solid experience and proven analysis and problem-solving skills relating to human resources information systems
