    CACI is seeking a cleared Integrated Master Scheduler III recognized as an MS Project subject matter expert. Communicates with parties within and outside of own job function, and typically has responsibilities for communicating with parties external to the organization. Makes moderate to significant process improvements. Address and resolve numerous, potentially undefined, problems impacting multiple functions or departments across the organization.

    What You'll Get to Do:

    • Organize and direct work, coordinates efforts related to design, develop, and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)

    • Apply principles of project management developing large, complex schedules

    • Perform program schedule analysis to include: Metrics, Critical Path, Float, and schedule variances

    • Build and maintain a program-level IMS which includes major milestones and deliverables from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Government sources

    • Monitor OEM schedule performance to include weekly and monthly variances

    • Utilize Gantt, milestone charts, earned value management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances

    • Act as scheduling subject expert and mentors the program staff with regards to scheduling

    • Understand and have facility with enterprise-level scheduling software

    • Propose processes that will aid Integrated Scheduling

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • Active Secret Clearance

    • Bachelor's Degree with 12 or more years' experience.

    • Possess expert knowledge of and ability to use MS Project

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

    • Recent experience supporting an Army Project or Product Manager highly desired.

    • Project Management Institute Scheduling professional certification PMI-SP

    • Familiar with DOD 5000 series acquisition process

    Location is Picatinny Arsenal, NJ with occastional TDY to Fort Belvoir Virginia.

    This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, t his position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

    $85,800 - $180,200
