  • Intelligence Technical Team Lead

    This is a Key Person position at Fort Leavenworth, KS in support of the National Simulation Center (NSC) task order under MTCCS II IDIQ. Stillwater is seeking best qualified individuals for its upcoming bid in support of this task order. Expected award and start word date is March-April 2024.

    Essential Functions

    • Provides full-time, on-site supervision of contractor support team personnel providing Intelligence modeling and Cybersecurity support of the task order in support of the TPO-C

    • Provides JLCCTC Upper Enclave (UE) system administration and ensures compliance with Intelligence Community (IC), DoD, Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), DA, and Local cybersecurity-related directives, instructions and regulations

    • Oversees IA and configuration management CM support activities

    • Supports the Government-provided plan for Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) dissemination, reporting, and compliance procedures

    • Supervises contractor support for the NSC Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF), providing compliance with SCI security and administrative instructions for the NSC SCIF

    • Interacts routinely with the TPO-C Intel and Cybersecurity government team and senior leadership

    • Prepares and presents briefings to senior personnel as requires

    Requirements

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Linux, and Solaris families of operating systems

    • Knowledge in setting up and operating WIM in the JLCCTC capability, Intelligence partner systems, Intelligence mission threads, Intelligence mission command system simulation, and experience in the use of Cross Domain Solutions in a JLCCTC architecture such as Radiant Mercury (RM) and the Tactical Control Support Processor

    • Experience in software testing, analysis, troubleshooting, and writing PTRs

    • Experience in managing/providing help desk support, rendering technical advice, and offering WIM and JLCCTC partner intelligence systems functional assistance

    • Problem solving abilities

    Education

    • BA or BS

    Experience

    • 4 years' recent experience (within the past 7 years) with WARSIM Intelligence Module (WIM) (all enclave) leading technical teams in JLCCTC VV&A activities, WIM software development, and networking experience

    Working Conditions: inside office on Government site

    Required Travel: Minimal

    Job Type: Full-Time

    • Work Week: Monday - Friday (may vary based on mission requirements)

    • Work Hours: 0800 - 1700 (may vary based on mission requirements)

    • Overtime: as required
