INTL - ITIL Developer

Job Description

A top 10 healthcare company in the US is looking for a ITIL Developer to sit fully remote to support their team! The individual coming into this role will play a crucial role in enhancing and automating processes, with a focus on creating, editing, updating, and automating change and release processes. An ideal candidate will be able to Design, Develop, and automate Change and Release Management processes to streamline and improve efficiency while integrating ITSM tools with DevOps tools to establish seamless communication and collaboration.

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of development experience working with XML, Java UI, CSS, GUI design, HTML.

• 4+ years of development experience with UI Path and UI design.

• ITIL Certification

• Ability to work EST hours

• Extensive ServiceNow experience within Change Management, Release Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management Modules.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of DevOps practices null
