  • Description

    Position Description

    • Provides excellent customer service to field offices and co-workers.

    • Assists all field offices with payroll requests and questions, received through inbox and hotline.

    • Ensures that all requests are being responded to in a timely manner.

    • Confirms standard payroll forms are completed correctly.

    • Monitors all requests and concerns within the ticketing system.

    • Completes all above duties with a high degree of accuracy.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ability to analyze personnel and payroll information and take appropriate action

    • Ability to function as a team member

    • Excellent organizational/time management skills, attention to detail and follow through to any outstanding issues

    • Adheres to all client and worksite rules, policies and procedures.

    • May perform other duties as required, assigned or deemed necessary by the facility/client/supervisor.

    Customer service, Call center, Customer service oriented, Customer support, Email correspondence, Microsoft office

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office experience

    • High School Diploma or GED is required

    • Excellent listening, written and oral communications skills

    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments

    • Ability to work with other employees, customers and management
