IT Manager

Our client from Machines & Tools Manufacturing industry is seeking an IT Manager to join their team. As a IT Manager, you will be part of the tech team supporting Accounting and Operations. The ideal candidate will have MS Dynamics GP, ASP.Net, technical project management and business process mapping skills to successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $120k+

Qualifications for IT Manager

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of experience working in IT operations with 2+ years of IT supervisory position

• Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies

• Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems

• Strong critical thinking, ability to learn quickly, and work independently Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization

• Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practices

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills

• Proficiency in securing network systems and safeguarding data integrity against threats

• Ability to manage large datasets and use analytical tools to improve production efficiency and decisionmaking processes.

• Demonstrable experience with projects that involve building custom APIs and scripting solutions in a business context.

• Proficiency in programming languages relevant to web and API development such as Python, JavaScript (~~~), Ruby, PHP, or .NET, as well as knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, PowerShell, or Perl.

• Experience in integrating internal systems with external services through APIs, including understanding of authentication mechanisms like OAuth, JWT, etc.
