    Guggenheim Partners is seeking an exceptional candidate to join Information Technology in its IT Procurement function. This person will become a part of a high performance and service-oriented team responsible for providing a variety of administrative and fulfillment duties within its Mobile Device program.

    Specific Responsibilities Include

    Manage all aspects of wireless line management, such as new user setups, terminations, reassignments, number changes, number porting, and feature management.

    Assist with the administration of the Mobile Archiving system (new user setups, number changes, reporting).

    Validate international travel requests.

    Manage the wireless device and line/service inventory; order devices, service lines, and accessories.

    Respond to end user requests related to mobile device pricing, plans, features, order status, etc.

    Provide reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) of wireless usage, device inventories, expenses, and similar data.

    Validate monthly invoices; assist Accounts Payable with invoice coding.

    Act as a liaison between wireless carriers and internal IT teams.

    Provide basic technical support to help with the resolution of wireless device/service tickets.

    Skills and Requirements

    - Bachelors Degree

    - 2+ years of Mobile Procurement experience with domestic carriers.

    - Financial services industry experience desired

    - Comfortable in a fast pace, high volume environment

    - Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

    o Strong documentation experience

    - Good customer service experience, working with internal employees daily - Familiarity with European carriers

    - Experience with ServiceNow null
