  • Key Responsibilities

    As a Plan / Master Scheduling BPA (Business Process Architect), in the Demand Planning/Scheduling and Material Forecasting areas -

    • Drive functional alignment between strategic goals and key business decisions regarding products and services; partners and suppliers; organization; capabilities; and key business and IT initiatives.

    • Drive process standardization & business metrics within their process areaBenchmark end-to-end best practice

    • Resolve all process integration gaps and escalationsIdentify & mitigate risk w/ signed off plan

    • Document process/value stream map including QMS documentsCollaborate with IT/GIS on system solution

    • Initiate and partner on integration test strategy, plan, and scriptsDrive training content and documentation of enhancements

    • On-time sign-off of integrated solution BU Exec Mgt and BPO Exec Mgt.Support driving user acceptance of changeEnsure and monitor the project planned scope, timeline, budget and quality are met.

    Strong program management ability to lead various large crossfunctional programs. Ability to work independently and influence decisions at executive levels, and drive programs to completion

    Negotiate with customers to design solutions to address complex cross functional needs. Identifies BKM's for integrated solution design and standards; Keeps abreast of technologies in the market and preform technology evaluations, as required. Works with multiple vendors for high quality resources and competitiveness

    Perform and document software application configuration and/or coding, prepare and execute testing (unit, integration, performance, acceptance) and data conversions using standard tools and following established processes and guidelines. Supervises work of contract developers. Perform Quality assurance.

    Monitors specific IT systems or set of systems for availability and performance and reports anomalies through predefined process. Participate in evaluation/recommendation of patches, point releases, major upgrades, and new systems.

    Provides and/or oversees support services to GIS customers for specific IT service or set of services. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction. Completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends (often working with managed services partner). Recommends preventative actions

    Plan and manage projects to ensure effective and efficient execution in line with established processes and guidelines and guardrails of scope, timeline, budget and quality

    Mentors and trains team members in product functionality, development and testing guidelines, tools, and methodologies

    U.S. Salary Range:

    $120,000.00 - $165,000.00

    The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

    For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
