System One has partnered with a growing company headquartered in Oklahoma City with locations in the OKC and Tulsa areas that is seeking a dynamic, organized, and efficient individual to fill the role of IT Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support and ensuring the smooth operation of the technology systems. They will work closely with employees to resolve technical issues, implement, and maintain software and hardware solutions, and contribute to the overall success of the IT department. This role demands a proactive and self-driven individual who can excel with minimal supervision. This is a permanent, full-time, onsite in Oklahoma City position offering fully paid benefits, excellent retirement package, and PTO.
Responsibilities
Desktop Support:
Provide technical support for all end-user devices, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripherals
Active Directory:
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies in Active Directory.
Maintain and optimize Active Directory infrastructure
Microsoft 365 and SharePoint:
Manage Microsoft 365 applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
Troubleshoot email and collaboration-related issues
Administer and support SharePoint sites, document libraries, and permissions
Assist in developing and implementing SharePoint-based solutions to improve collaboration and document management
ERP Implementation:
Play a pivotal role in the implementation and ongoing management of the company's ERP system
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the ERP system meets business needs
Sole IT person:
Be the primary point of contact for all IT-related matters within the company
Prioritize and manage IT projects and tasks efficiently
Qualifications
Energetic, customer-focused, team player with a willingness to help others
Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
Ability to adapt to changing technology trends and willingness to continuously update knowledge
Proven experience in desktop support, ERP implementation, Active Directory management, Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, and cyber security
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve complex technical issues
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and be able to pivot and adjust on the fly
