    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:

    The IT Specialist is primarily responsible for providing technical on-site and remote support to employees.

    This position will require traveling to our distribution center in Kissimmee

    Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

    • Support of RBD applications including RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, and iPad solutions for various location(s)

    • Network configuration & problem solving in Windows, Apple, and Citrix environments

    • Support and troubleshoot local hardware issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V Equipment

    • Asset management of location's end-user devices (mobile, desktops, and laptops)

    • Procure, manage, maintain, & troubleshoot cellular and mobile devices

    • Work with IT Service Center on support issues with high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members

    • Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system

    • Ability to effectively work with business users and corporate IT to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements

    • Assist business and Corporate IT with training employees on existing or new solutions

    • Provide onsite assistance for any RBD acquisitions and integrations

    • Provide testing on new or updated applications; help implement, deploy, and support corporate wide solutions

    • Required to work in a collaborative team environment with the ability to communicate and coordinate with the business and all areas within the IT function

    Qualifications

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • High school diploma or GED

    • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience with desktop support

    • Strong understanding of information systems and business processes

    • At least 2 years' experience supporting end users and systems, both on-site and remotely. Examples of some of the systems that the candidate will support are Win10, Citrix, MS Products, Managing MS Exchange 2007/2010 Salesforce, and A/D accounts

    • Ability to work with little or no supervision from direct manager

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly technical environment

    • Demonstrable strong Customer Service experience

    • Any other duties as assigned

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office

    • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

    Preferred Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelors' degree
