IT Support Specialist

Description

Robert Half is currently assisting a client in in search of an IT Support Specialist for a client located in Century City, CA. IT Support Specialist will be on a team responsible for troubleshooting, workstations set-ups, supporting end-users via Telephone, e-mail, remote connection, provide personal assistant through Service Now Ticketing system as well as walk-in support for end-users onsite.

Requirements

• 3-5 years MAC/Windows enterprise environment experience

• Active Directory, ticketing systems, mobile device (Android/iOS)

• Troubleshot Wi-Fi, iPhones, iPads

• Troubleshooting the current versions of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint),

• Excellent communication, customer service and executive support (white-glove service)

• Excellent documentation skills

• At least 3+ years of experience with a combination of providing technical hardware, software, connectivity, application and problem resolution to all client computers and users by diagnosing and guiding users through step-by-step solutions

• Deploy and configurate new hire hardware set-up (Active Directory/Office 365) - extensive experience required

• Provide Technical support for all employees in onsite and remotely via telephone, e-mail

• Identify and resolve issues regarding general computer problems, printing, internet access, emails, network drives, remote connection, device set up.
