Key responsibilities

• Interact regularly and effectively with ticket submitters

• Curate records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities

• Organize hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

• Preserve, inspect, and mend computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals

• Supply computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Fix computer problems, and recommend appropriate action/solutions

• Give support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems

Requirements

MUST LIVE LOCAL TO PHILADELPHIA

100% ONSITE

• Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

• Deskside Support experience highly preferred

• Adeptness in Active Directory

• Dell Technologies experience preferred

• Microsoft experience

• General familiarity with configuration management

• Mac Computers experience preferred

• Demonstrated knowledge of Computer Hardware

• Citrix Technologies experience

• EO/IR systems experience

• Practical knowledge of Deployments

• Desktop support or related experience
