Skills and Requirements

The Production Support Engineer role shares responsibility for proactively and reactively responding to software application reliability and experiences. Working with the feature engineering team and product owners, the role encapsulates several different aspects of running software in the cloud. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize workload, communicate fluidly, manage application cloud infrastructure, investigate and remediate software defects, investigate data driven inconsistencies, and build support tooling and automation. This is an excellent entry position as one will be exposed to and learn all aspects of building and running software in the cloud. null
