Laptop Refresh Technician

Our client is seeking to hire a laptop refresh technician. Candidates with experience in hardware refresh projects or system migrations are encouraged to apply! Any candidates with relevant and recent IT experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy hardware and ensure devices are properly connected to the network.

• Troubleshoot Level I issues in real-time.

• Understand intake processes related to IT Service Management (ITSM).

• Collaborate effectively with team members while also being able to work independently.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
