    Our federal client is seeking a Lead Helpdesk Specialist to join their team in Washington, DC. In this role, you will provide top-notch phone, email and in-person IT support to 300+ VIP users in a Windows 11 environment.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 7+ years of relevant experience (strict government labor category)

    • Network troubleshooting experience

    • Windows 10/11 management and troubleshooting experience

    • Enterprise IOS troubleshooting experience

    • ServiceNow ticketing experience

    • Strong communication skills, VIP user support experience preferred null
