    Job Description:

    • Responsible for successfully leading a project team, including subcontractors, to meet customer requirements within allocated cost/schedule commitments in growing business area.

    • Execute program in Agile Methodology utilzing scrum and being a scrum master on the program.

    • Works closely with Program Manager and Program Finance Administrator roles in tracking and using EVMS metrics to track progress and reduce variances.

    • Create and report on program variances in the proper formats and EVMS techniques.

    • Assist program project engineer for the program Integrated Master Schedule development and timely execution. Understands and mitigates risks and problems before they cause schedule slip.

    • Oversees and removes roadblocks for the Program Scheduler role in development and management at a lower level of detail in IMS mechanics.

    • Leadership stakeholder in developing and managing the program cost baseline.

    • Assesses engineering issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives.

    • Identifies, tracks, mitigates, manages, and dispositions program-level risks and opportunities.

    • Estimate resource and material needs for the project/product.

    • Provides the coordination between resource managers/supervisors and ensures all necessary reviews and approvals are received.

    • Must have ability and willingness to work in a collaborative team environment on quick reaction projects and will have regular contact with customers.

    Essential Functions:

    • SW Development Scrum Master with expertise in Agile methodology and driving program execution

    • Project Engineering Experience on ground-based radar space systems (UEWR Preferred)

    • Technical aptitude with a focus on sustainment for space systems

    • Ability to interface with customers at multiple levels (executive to engineering)

    • Expertise in Project Execution and Management

    • Leadership Skills and ability to lead program teams to successful program executions

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Top Secret/SCI Clearance is required.

    • Requires strong knowledge of job area. Typically viewed as having a specialty with the discipline.

    • May have a broad knowledge of project management.

    • Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience

    • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience

    • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years or prior related experience

    Preferred Additional Skills:

    • Experience or knowledge of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) techniques.

    • Experience or knowledge of Government contract acquisition lifecycle a plus

    • Experience with management of design to cost activities.

    • Experience with working with subcontractors in meeting their schedule commitments.

    • Ability to work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ability to work with flexible goals or shifting scope.

    In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado is $153,500 - $285,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
