Parsons is seeking a M&S Core Truth Model (CTM) Analyst.
This position provides System Engineering support for the development and sustainment of the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Core Truth Models (CTM). The position requires technical coordination and internal and external organizations to support requirements definition, model development, integration and checkout (I&CO) of the CTM and M&S framework to support execution of Hardware In the Loop (HWIL) system level ground and flight tests, element-level and M&S developmental I&CO, digital and US Combatant Commander (COCOM) training and exercise events.
Engage in technical and engineering discussions to assist with CTM strategic planning, near and long range planning, and analysis of alternatives for Digital and HWIL activities and events.
Provide expertise on the development and integration of CTM and M&S framework truth services.
Assist with requirement definition for signatures, lethality, and environment modeling, and participate in the Modeling and Simulation Contact.
Truth (MASC-T) Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings.
Coordinate/support lethality requirements definition, capability need dates and timeline for insertion into product baseline (PEELS/KIDD).
Coordinate near and long range lethality requirements/delivery for M&S framework executed events (Ground and Flight Test, Digital, M&S Continuous Development Integration (CDI) and COCOM Exercise and Training.
Clearly communicates complex ideas; produces and presents clear, well-organized presentations in relevant terms for audiences at all levels.
Confident in personal interaction; ability to negotiate solutions between stakeholder needs, technical capability requirements and schedule constrains.
Ability to develop Schedules Plans of Actions and Milestones to maintain planning, development and integration and test schedules.
Can establish and maintain a positive, collaborative working relationship with teammates and MDA stakeholders.
Ability to lead and facilitate effective team meetings and discussions.
Ability to coordinate with geographically and technically diverse team of systems engineers, framework integrators, test planners and analysts with differing perspectives and roles and responsibilities.
Conduct and participate in technical meetings and working groups.
Energetic, motivated, self-starting technical leader.
Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred) in related technical field
5+ years of related professional experience
Active DOD Security Clearance
Knowledge of MDA test program
Technical knowledge of M&S and signatures, lethality, and environment modeling, high-fidelity and its uses in high performance
Ability to brief senior leadership on technical aspects of program
Skilled using Microsoft Office products to communicate technical information
Must be able to obtain, maintain and/or currently possess a security clearance.
