  • Job Description

    Insight Global is looking for a Cobol programmer to join one of our largest Fintech clients. This Cobol programmer will work on online and batch applications that support credit card processing. This candidate will consult with users, to determine software or system functional specifications. Designs and develops computer systems or programs, based on user defined requirements. Writes code, programs, tests, and analyzes new application software. Works on moderately complex projects with moderate breadth of responsibility. Will handle on-call duties.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 8-10+ years of mainframe experience

    • Experience with COBOL, DB2, JCL, VSAM

    • Batch Scripting experience

    • System and application support experience null
