Job Overview:

APTIM's Energy Transition team is seeking a Manager, Data Solutions to assist with our growing portfolio of e-mobility, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and demand response programs across the country. The Manager, Data Solutions will lead strategy, product development and feature enhancement for the Energy Transition team's technology solutions, and related internal and client reporting needs. Managing and continuously improving our proprietary APTracks solution strategy and data-driven reporting will be the key function of this role. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with program management staff, internal IT staff and external developers and partners to improve internal, client and market facing technology solutions. The position will report to the VP of the Energy Transition team.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Serve as Energy Transition's lead on all activities and functions involved with technology solutions development, data architecture, specifications development, testing, documentation, and project management.

• Coordinate with the Corporate IT team and outside development firms to develop new solutions or adapt existing solutions to support client needs and business functions at effective costs.

• Provide project management and leadership to ensure the timely, on-budget completion of development schedules.

• Identify opportunities for technology solution and data output efficiencies and improvements.

• Act as subject matter expert (SME) regarding product development and the advancement of BI objectives.

• Assist program directors with long term improvement of program tracking and reporting via technology solutions.

• Contribute to success of proposal development, client meetings and interviews, and program launches as they relate to use of APTIM technology solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, multidisciplinary teams successfully and build collegial and collaborative team culture through direct and indirect leadership.

• Highly motivated individual that can apply creative approaches to solving problems.

• Support and work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.

• All other duties as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with all APTIM and client quality and safety policies.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.

• Minimum 4-6+ years of experience in management of technology solutions development.

• Outstanding written and oral communications skills with the ability to develop and deliver effective project materials and presentations.

• Commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment within the team and the broader organization.

• Experience developing tools with a heavy focus on user architecture and the customer journey.

• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office software -- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Power BI.

• Able to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

• Strong written and oral communication skills and experience with client engagement.

• Strong quantitative and analytic capabilities including memorandum writing and spreadsheet analysis.

• Commitment to fostering a collaborative work environment within the team and the broader. organization.

• Ability to think critically to solve issues and provide resolutions.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, or similar certification or the desire to obtain.

• Proven experience developing and maintaining relationships with various stakeholders.

• One or more years' energy efficiency, DSM program experience and/or electric mobility space
