We count on you for:

• Act as site change agent and create a mindset of continuous improvement

• Responsible for preparation and execution of sustaining capital & Manufacturing Excellence projects

• and minor property items;

• Works jointly with process/production/design engineers in defining the scope of projects;

• Responsible for project cost estimates and coordinating project design and installation activities.

• Develop and execute continuous improvement proposals

• Design, manage, complete implementation plans with cross functional teamsDesign and develop systems, programs, processes, SOP's, tools in coherence withimplementation plan

You will bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering

• Experience planning, execution, and monitoring capital and manufacturing excellence projects

• Minimum of 7 years of operational technical knowledge is required.

• Knowledge of SAP maintenance systems

• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels

• Demonstrated problem-solving skills

• Effective organizer of work and resources

You will get:

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $103,360 to $149,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
